Location: Auburn Hills, MI (On-site)
Pay: $20/hour
Type: Temporary, Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Schedule

Summer Hours (through 9/5): Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
Non-summer hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
  Breaks include two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch.

Position Summary

Entry-level opportunity supporting the layout and assembly of electrical panels to customer specifications. Ideal for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production environment both independently and with a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review build sheets and production/technical documentation
• Assemble electrical plates and enclosures using build prep instructions
• Install electrical components and controllers per documentation/prints
• Wire components using correct color/gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification
• Support coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment
• Follow quality standards and safety requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical/vocational training is a plus
