1. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. 2. Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation. 3.Provide companionship and emotional support. 4. Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed. 5. Provide medication reminders as directed by the client’s care plan. 6. Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client’s needs. 7. Assist with errands and transportation when authorized. 8. Observe and report changes in the client’s condition, behavior, or safety to the appropriate supervisor. 9. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients. 10.Follow each client’s individualized care plan and Blue Safe Homecare policies and procedures. 11.Protect client privacy and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements. 12. Complete required documentation, including daily care notes and incident reports. 13. Treat every client with dignity, respect, patience, and compassion.
