Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled TIG welder who understands various types of welding and weld finishing procedures and how to interpret drawings and specs.
You will be responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture products to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction. The desired applicant will take pride in his/her work and be able to balance quality, productivity, and safety.
Qualifications:
*Must have a minimum of 5 years experience and have held materials certifications such as AWS welding certificate, etc. Thick and thin wall aluminum and thin wall titanium material capabilities is also required.
*Possess strong attention to detail and eye/hand coordination skills.
*Have familiarity with welding Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Steel, Titanium, and Iconel.
*Able to pass a pre-employment criminal background and drug screen
*Experience with D17.1 and aerospace standards including NADCAP/ISO/AS 9100 is helpful but not required
Expectations:
You will be a key member of our weld team, requiring minimal supervision to complete your workload according to quality standards and production schedule, and to meet all manufacturing needs.
You will always work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
You will maintain equipment and your work area in a clean and organized manner.
