Job Description

• Administer vaccinations and injections including flu, COVID, and TB tests.
• Obtain vital signs and provide emergency care in collaboration with the onsite provider.
• Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout.
• Assist with wait room management and schedule appointments.
• Prepare the clinic and waiting space for an optimal patient experience.
• Help enhance patient-focused connections and activities to support health outcomes.

Critical Information

• This position requires floating to other nearby locations and working weekends and holidays.
• Work schedules will be created in 6-week blocks following 3 weeks of training/orientation.

Education/Licenses Needed

• Must have a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
