Building Services Technician

A-Line Staffing is hiring Building Services Technician II to support a clean, secure, and safe manufacturing/innovation facility environment.

Pay

• $20.00–$25.00 per hour (W2)
  (2nd shift listed at $25/hr in the order details)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 40 hours/week
• Overtime may be required (including quarterly shutdown support)

Location

• Exton, PA 19341 (on-site)

Contract Details

• Temporary role
• Expected duration: ~3 months (per order notes)

What You’ll Do

• Clean and care for the facility using approved methods/materials
• Perform building services tasks including:
• • Vacuuming, dusting, mopping
  • Trash removal and recycling
  • Window/glass cleaning
  • Floor care/resurfacing
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as:
• • Auto floor scrubbers
  • Burnishing buffers
  • Stripping machines
  • Vacuums
• Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities in controlled/regulated areas
• Assist the maintenance team with indoor/outdoor building services as needed
• Complete required logbook/documentation entries (inspection record logs)
• Help train and onboard new team members (tasks, standards, quality expectations)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with commercial/industrial floor care equipment strongly preferred (scrubbers, buffers, stripping machines, vacuums)
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and following safety/security expectations
