Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach to patient care and be committed to providing high-quality rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the assessment and development of treatment plans, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Administer therapeutic treatments and exercises to patients.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Document patient progress and treatment interventions effectively.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and physical therapy exercises.
- Active state license in good standing as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- General certifications including ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, and NRP.
- Rehabilitation certifications such as ASHA, CHT, and ACP Training.
- No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will be required to complete some documentation outside of the standard clearance process.
Please note that candidates who have worked permanently or PRN within the last year at any affiliated organization are ineligible for rehire until one year has passed since their last assignment.
This position may require the ability to adhere to a commitment of 13 to 26 weeks.
