Physical Therapist Position Overview
A dynamic opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to support patient rehabilitation in a diverse setting. The position offers the chance to work collaboratively with a dedicated team, focusing on delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis and needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment plans and exercises.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Active license in the state of practice.
- General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
- Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.
- Minimum of 0 years of experience.
- Days shift available.
- Equipment will be provided during the interview process.
- Parking information will be provided on the first day.
- Dress code guidelines will also be provided on the first day.
