Nanny Needed For My Children

We will have a 3-month-old little boy who will need to overnight care for 2 nights while we travel for a wedding outside of state. Grandmothers are able to handle day and early evenings however night times would require specialized care taking. The right night nanny must be kind, resourceful, a planner, a communicator, and be okay with submitting to a background check. The child hasn't developed much right now as he is only 3 weeks old. The child at this point will likely need one or two overnight feedings and changing at this point, something our retired moms may not have on their plate.
