• Receiving and reading invoices from the Telemarketing and Customer Service departments.
• Picking and labeling merchandise for shipments and confirming shipments in the ERP system.
• Moving materials within the warehouse as needed.
• Organizing and arranging merchandise on shelves and compartments according to preestablished order.
• Dispatching merchandise based on expiration dates, following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Packing orders for customers upon pickup.
• Operating forklifts and/or hand trucks in strict compliance with safety protocols.
• Performing physical inventory counts as required.
• Keeping assigned areas clean, tidy, and organized.
• Wearing safety gear (helmet, safety shoes, reflective harness) at all times on warehouse premises.
• Supporting the mission, vision, and values of the company through high-quality customer service and efficient work practices.
• Following all departmental and company policies and procedures.

• Have completed a high school diploma. 
• Hold a valid PR Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Are safety-conscious and able to consistently follow safety guidelines.
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Are able to operate or willing to learn to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks.
• Are committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Possess basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (ERP).
