Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Pulmonary/Medical-Surgical team. The RN will provide patient-centered care to adult patients who are ill, injured, or recovering, while working collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients and collect relevant clinical data.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Monitor patient responses and identify changes in condition.
• Advocate for patient safety and quality care.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Effectively manage time, supplies, and equipment.
  

Requirements

• 1+ year of RN experience required; experience in any setting may be considered, including LTAC, home health, etc.
• Active Florida RN license or approved Multistate/Compact RN license.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) required prior to start.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Must be comfortable working with a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Candidate must live within a commutable distance of the facility; candidates living 60+ minutes away will not be accepted.
  

Compensation

• Base Salary: $29.73–$43.20/hour, depending on experience.
• Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hour
• Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hour
• Relocation: Case-by-case
