Product Compliance Specialist

The Product Compliance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that snowmobile and powersports products meet all necessary regulatory requirements and compliance standards. This role involves partnering closely with the Manufacturing Product Group throughout the product lifecycle — from concept and development through manufacturing and shipment — to guarantee legal compliance and product approval. The specialist manages compliance documentation, maintains records, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to uphold product integrity and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with snowmobile and powersports product teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Manufacturing Product Group from concept to dealer/client shipment stages.
• Manage compliance-related documentation, records, and processes.
• Ensure products meet legal compliance standards and are approved for sale.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams cross-functionally.
• Support travel and onsite presence as required (1–2 days/week onsite, possible travel to Roseau).

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product compliance experience, preferably in automotive, powersports, manufacturing, or related regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of product compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing compliance documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Powersports industry experience is highly needed.
• Engineering or manufacturing background preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
