  • CARF/accreditation experience is highly desirable.

  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working in a growing organization and willing to be hands-on and wear multiple hats when needed.

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday, primarily during normal business hours.

  • No regular weekend shifts.

  • Some flexibility and occasional after-hours availability may be required when clinical or operational issues arise.

Patient Population

Adults primarily receiving treatment for Substance Use Disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: , depending on experience, credentials, and overall fit.

  • Exceptional candidates may be considered above the stated range.

  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package to be discussed with qualified candidates.
