This full-time Otolaryngology opportunity offers strong surgical volume, multiple ancillary revenue streams, and 600K to 1M+ earning potential. You'll practice in Tucson, Arizona, where an established patient base means you can step into demand from day one.

• 600K to 1M+ Earning Potential: Build your income through a physician-owned model that includes a partnership and equity ownership track, plus ancillary revenue opportunities through ASC, audiology, and imaging
• Established Surgical Volume: Step into a 3 to 4 week patient wait list with two dedicated OR days each week and approximately 25 to 40 surgical cases per month
• 65K in Upfront Support: Receive a 50K sign-on bonus plus 15K in relocation assistance, along with 160 hours of PTO, 5 CME days, a 401(k), and an employer-funded pension plan
• Dedicated Practice Support: Focus on your patients with a dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant and manageable home call averaging approximately 3 to 5 days per month

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology / Head & Neck Surgery
• General ENT physicians are preferred, with all ENT subspecialties welcome
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
