Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24 per hourShift: Monday–Friday, Varying shifts available - day and nightWhat’s a typical day as Rack Builder and Assembler Associate? You’ll be:- Efficiently loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight while performing quality checks on parts for accuracy and condition
- Executing daily inventory cycle counts and managing replenishment orders for spare parts
- Placing server racks with precision using laser measuring devices
- Populating racks with electronic components, installing cabling according to diagrams and schematics
- Installing rack hardware using a variety of hand, power, and measuring tools
- Safely operating material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace in adherence to 5S standards
- Performing frequent physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, and lifting
- Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Are self-motivated and able to work independently
- Possess 1–3 years of related experience in inventory or data center warehousing
- Are proficient with computers and can interpret diagrams and schematics
- Can read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Understand electrical safety, static discharge hazards, and related protocols for working with live equipment
- Have strong interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders on-site, with a proven ability to build positive working relationships
- Demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills to make confident, data-driven decisions
