Rack Builder and Assembler Associate

• Efficiently loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight while performing quality checks on parts for accuracy and condition
• Executing daily inventory cycle counts and managing replenishment orders for spare parts
• Placing server racks with precision using laser measuring devices
• Populating racks with electronic components, installing cabling according to diagrams and schematics
• Installing rack hardware using a variety of hand, power, and measuring tools
• Safely operating material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace in adherence to 5S standards
• Performing frequent physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, and lifting

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Are self-motivated and able to work independently
• Possess 1–3 years of related experience in inventory or data center warehousing
• Are proficient with computers and can interpret diagrams and schematics
• Can read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Understand electrical safety, static discharge hazards, and related protocols for working with live equipment
• Have strong interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders on-site, with a proven ability to build positive working relationships
• Demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills to make confident, data-driven decisions
