Job Description
We are looking for a motivated junior Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join a busy legal team in Tucson OR Phoenix, Arizona. This role is well suited for an attorney with at least one year of experience handling plaintiff-side injury matters in a fast-paced environment. The position offers the opportunity to manage a substantial caseload, advocate for injured clients, and contribute to favorable case resolutions while working alongside an established practice. This is a hybrid role. You will receive a competitive base salary plus monthly bonuses.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload involving personal injury claims from intake through resolution
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy to move matters forward efficiently and effectively
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and opposing parties regarding case progress
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and other stakeholders to secure strong outcomes for injured clients
• Prepare legal correspondence, demand packages, motions, and other case-related documents as needed
• Review records, evidence, and discovery materials to support case development and settlement strategy
• Collaborate with internal staff and attorneys to maintain momentum across files and meet deadlines
• Active license to practice law in Arizona is required. Licensure in other states is a plus
• At least 1 year of experience handling personal injury matters in a high-volume setting
• Background representing plaintiffs in civil litigation or pre-litigation personal injury cases
• Ability to draft motions, briefs, demands, and related legal documents with accuracy and clarity
• Experience managing discovery-related issues and evaluating supporting case materials
• Strong settlement negotiation skills and sound judgment in assessing claim value
• Admission in additional states, especially California, is preferred
