Location: Coshocton, OH Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Job Summary
Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a Part-Time Production Worker for a manufacturing company in Coshocton. This position will initially support the Quality Team by inspecting parts for rust, defects, and other quality issues.

Schedule Hours are flexible and may include:
8:00 AM 12:00 PM
12:00 PM 4:00 PM
2:00 PM 6:00 PM
The exact schedule will be based on company needs and candidate availability.
Responsibilities
Inspect parts for rust, damage, defects, and other quality concerns.
Perform visual inspections and use basic inspection tools as needed.
Identify and report defective parts to the appropriate team members.
Assist with rework or sorting of parts when necessary.
Complete and maintain required quality and production records.
Follow company safety and quality procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work closely with the Quality and Production teams.
Perform additional production duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to identify defects through visual inspection.
Dependable and willing to work as part of a team.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience is a plus but not required.
Must be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
