Your primary focus will be facilitating IEP and Manifestation Determination meetings, making sure documentation is meticulous, compliant, and timely, and that all required participants are well prepared. You’ll act as a resource and trainer for staff, guiding them through the IEP process and keeping the Director of Special Education informed about broader trends or policy needs. This role is critical in supporting SAT teams and special education staff with interventions and modifications that enhance student success, and in providing ongoing staff development and training.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher or IEP Coordinator in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of IEP regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven skills in leading meetings and collaborating with diverse teams

Key Responsibilities:
