Job Title: Clinical Rater
Location: Hollywood, FL (On-site)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Includes rotating weekend on-call duty)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Rater to join our team in Hollywood, FL. In this role, you will conduct highly specialized clinical, behavioral, and neurocognitive evaluations for participants across Phase I-IV clinical trials, with a strong focus on Central Nervous System (CNS), psychiatry, pediatrics, and neurology studies.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and score specialized clinical, neurocognitive, and behavioral rating scales.
Conduct thorough ecological evaluations and clinical assessments in strict accordance with trial protocols.
Evaluate diverse patient populations, including pediatric, adolescent, and adult participants.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant source documentation for all subject interactions.
Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule (Friday evening through Sunday night) to cover incoming trial participant assessments.
Required Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree, Foreign MD, or Ph.D./Psy.D. in Psychology, Clinical Research, or a related healthcare field.
Language: Native or professional bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English (required for our South Florida patient demographic).
Assessment Experience: Demonstrated experience conducting evaluations, behavioral assessments, or clinical testing.
Clinical Condition Focus: Required hands-on experience performing assessments on patients diagnosed with Schizophrenia.
Preferred Qualifications
Target Background: Experience working with pediatric, developmental, or youth behavioral populations fits well with our trial mix.
Prior Rater Experience: Previous experience as a Certified Clinical Rater on industry-sponsored trials (open to training candidates with strong core assessment skills).
Clinical Research: Familiarity with GCP guidelines and Phase I-IV trial workflows.
