Electrical Estimators

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Estimate a broad range of small, medium, and large $30 million+ construction projects for electrical and low voltage trades.

• Evaluate and estimate opportunities for prefabrication on each project

• Ensure deadlines, bid specs, and cost-plus pricing targets are met

• Assemble required bid package documentation

• Serve as a liaison between internal and external bid stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Electrical or Low Voltage, especially in data centers, critical environments and commercial spaces.

• Strong take-off and blueprint reading skills, proven experience estimating $1 million to $30 million+ projects

• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills, familiar with electrical and technology terminology.

• Deadline and detail-oriented, knows inclusions and exclusions, markup and margin, and various pricing methodologies

• Strong leadership and mentoring qualities

• Trained in using Trimble's Accubid Anywhere (electrical)

• Experience using Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project
