Responsibilities:
• Manage front-office administrative activities by coordinating schedules, organizing calendars, and arranging appointments to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone communication in a clear and courteous manner, directing inquiries, relaying messages, and providing timely follow-up when needed.
• Prepare, update, and maintain records through accurate data entry while ensuring information is organized and easy to retrieve.
• Draft, review, and respond to email correspondence with care and attention to detail.
• Create and format business documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Support team members with general office tasks such as document preparation, file management, and meeting coordination.
• Monitor administrative priorities and adjust to changing needs while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or related coordination role.• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with clear, courteous, and attentive communication.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience handling email communication and scheduling appointments in a detail-focused setting.
