Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

• Providing responsive and professional customer service to existing and prospective customers
• Responding to customer inquiries, assisting with product questions, and troubleshooting
• Preparing and following up on customer quotes
• Accurately processing sales orders and purchase orders
• Entering and maintaining customer and order information in internal systems
• Following up with outside sales representatives and service technicians regarding customer needs
• Maintaining current knowledge of products, specifications, and new product offerings
• Clearly communicating order and product information to customers and internal teams
• Assisting with resolving customer issues and ensuring timely follow-up
• Performing data entry and other administrative duties as needed

• Have 2+ years of customer service and/or inside sales experience (must have)
• Possess strong customer service and communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Are skilled at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing deadlines
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office
• Have experience with sales order and/or purchase order entry (preferred)
• Can quickly learn customer databases and new software systems
• Bring a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
