Robert Half is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst II to support a client in the benefits administration and technology industry. This role will provide day-to-day technical support across a Windows-based environment, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Single Sign-On (SSO), Active Directory, applications, and endpoint-related issues.


Duration: 3-month contract, with potential to extend or convert

Location: North Seattle, Washington (100% onsite)

Pay rate: $28-$32/hourly


Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support across Windows OS, Microsoft 365, SSO, and Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot user access, account, authentication, application, and endpoint-related issues.
  • Support a hybrid Active Directory environment, including user accounts, permissions, and access-related troubleshooting.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and support across the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Assist with application upgrades and ongoing application maintenance.
  • Support the IT team with ongoing and upcoming technology projects.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues and take ownership through resolution or appropriate escalation.
  • Document and manage support requests through Jira.
  • Provide technical support to employees as the organization continues expanding its return-to-office presence.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting Single Sign-On (SSO) and user authentication issues.
  • Experience supporting Active Directory in a hybrid environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of support issues.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Adaptable and comfortable supporting users through organizational and technology changes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting application upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
  • Familiarity with macOS.
  • Experience working with Jira or a similar ticketing platform.
