Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 8:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Staggered start times may apply, with some team members beginning at 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM.

Qualified Staffing is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Sanitation Associates for a manufacturing facility in Colonial Heights, VA. This role is ideal for individuals with previous industrial sanitation experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing manufacturing equipment and maintaining a safe, clean facility environment.

What You’ll Do - Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble manufacturing equipment and accessories
- Operate pressure washing equipment using foam cleaning and sanitation methods
- Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and sanitation solutions
- Perform deep cleaning of production areas, machinery, and plant floors
- Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company and safety guidelines
- Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure sanitation requirements are met
- Follow proper lockout/tagout and safety procedures while cleaning equipment
- Work effectively with production and maintenance teams to support operations
- Complete sanitation tasks within scheduled production timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Previous manufacturing or industrial sanitation experience required
- Ability to work in cold environments around 30 degrees required
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work overtime and a flexible staggered schedule as needed
