Job Title: Analytical Chemistry Scientist 1

Location: 75 N. Fairway Dr Vernon Hills, Illinois 60061

Pay rate: $35.79/hr on W2

Summary:

• We are seeking an Analytical Chemistry Scientist 1 to provide analytical chemistry support for existing and new product development within a regulated medical device/healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform chemistry and performance testing, data analysis, review, and documentation.
• Support stability testing, method development, and validation.
• Develop scientific protocols, reports, and work plans.
• Troubleshoot laboratory/testing issues and communicate results.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Maintain laboratory operations and ensure GMP/FDA documentation compliance.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical analytical chemistry experience.
• Hands-on experience with wet chemistry, pH, titration, UV-Vis, GC, and HPLC.
• Experience in FDA-regulated/GMP environments.
• Strong scientific writing, data analysis, Excel, communication, and organizational skills.
• SAP experience preferred.
