Job Description
This role supports multiple stages of the manufacturing process by handling materials, packaging products, and maintaining production flow. You will work with industrial ovens, operate basic lifting equipment, perform visual quality inspections, and ensure products are properly prepared, labeled, and staged for the next steps in the process. The position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the flexibility to assist wherever production needs arise.
Responsibilities
- Assist in various stages of the manufacturing process as production needs change.
- Pack and unload parts from industrial ovens in a safe and efficient manner.
- Remove finished parts from production lines and stage them for subsequent processing or shipment.
- Perform quality control checks and visual inspections to identify defects or issues.
- Stack materials onto pallets in an organized, stable, and safe manner.
- Label boxes accurately for shipment or storage to ensure proper identification and tracking.
- Operate a vacuum hoist to lift, move, and position materials safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures and guidelines at all times.
- Work frequent and mandatory scheduled Saturdays, and remain flexible to schedule changes such as potential four 10-hour shifts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support smooth production flow.
- Assist in any production or packaging areas as needed.
Essential Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
- Comfortable standing for an 8-hour shift.
- At least 6 months of experience in packaging, visual inspection, or machine operation.
- Experience in general production, general labor, or packing environments.
- Ability to follow safety, quality, and production procedures consistently.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
- Willingness to work frequent and mandatory scheduled Saturdays.
- Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes, including potential four 10-hour shifts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a general production worker or in similar manufacturing roles.
- Familiarity with operating a vacuum hoist or other basic material-handling equipment.
- Ability to organize and stack materials on pallets in a stable and safe manner.
- Attention to detail for accurate labeling and visual quality inspection.
- Willingness to assist in any area of production or packaging as needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
