Legal Assistant
Our leading law firm client is seeking a polished and highly organized Legal Assistant to support attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and other professionals in its Aspen office.
Responsibilities include:
Provide administrative and practice-group support in a fast-paced legal environment
Assist with new business intake, conflict checks, engagement letters, and file opening
Manage correspondence, billing, expenses, time entry, audit letters, and other administrative tasks
Coordinate travel and meeting logistics
Prepare, edit, organize, scan, copy, and file legal documents and materials
Provide backup support to reception and assist with firmwide projects as needed
Proactively manage competing priorities while delivering exceptional service
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of office support experience; law firm experience is a plus
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
Professional, collaborative, and service-oriented approach

• At least 3 years of administrative or office support experience; prior experience in a law firm environment is preferred.• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with careful attention to formatting, proofreading, and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work setting.
• Detail-focused, team-oriented, and client-focused approach to supporting attorneys and colleagues.
• Experience with calendar coordination, legal correspondence, and general office operations.
• Typing speed of 60+ words per minute preferred.
