Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for live-in home care for my father in his 90s. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. We need help to get him up in morning and showered. Some evenings if possible for flat fee. Back up care for current caregiver would be great as well.
