Caregiver Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: He has very shaky hands so might need help carrying things. He has a very bad back and can only stand up for 10 min before he needs to sit down About the care needs: He really just wants somebody to sit there and listen. He really doesn't want a back and forth conversation. He would get along with a white male or female approximately around their 40-50s in age. Maybe someone who has traveled a lot, my dad is well traveled. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
