Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

Dual military family, we love the outdoors, our dogs/bunnies/horse. Looking for some type of support for before and after care that isnt a dirty facility with screaming kids. We are absolutely in a bind when it comes to finding childcare for our son. We are browsing for a sitter, we are very unsure about this but we want to put our feelers out to see if this could be a better option for our son.
