Babysitter Needed for my Children

Seeking a kind, energetic, reliable mentor/coach for our bright, active 18-year-old son with non-speaking autism. Help him build independence with daily living skills (personal care, cooking, household routines), communication using typing/letterboards, and physical/body-control skills. You'll also keep his days active and engaging biking, gym, basketball, pickleball, games, museums, movies, NYC outings, and time with friends. Autism experience is a plus but not required; patience, initiative, creativity, and willingness to learn matter most. Must be active, comfortable driving, and highly reliable. 10-25 hrs/week, generally within the 1-8 p.m. range + one weekend day.
