Babysitter Needed

I am looking for some local help with coverage for my 3 children on an as needed basis. Particularly on Saturday mornings and weekends to cover sports and date nights. We also might be looking for coverage on weekday afternoon/evenings. We have a 12-year-old daughter who is very helpful and and 2 boys that are 10 and 8. The boys are very good kids but they are rambunctious. My daughter is self sufficient and it will be the boys that require the majority of the attention. Also, when sports are involved, one of the boys will be with me but we would be looking for assistance with all 3 on occasion as well.
