Housekeeper Needed

We are looking for someone to help us create a clean, calm and warm home. We want someone HIGHLY organized. The person will clean, do laundry, fold neatly, sort drawers and self manage with occasional meals/ groceries/ child care needs (11-year-old pick up and drop off)/ dog walking. We want them to tell me what needs cleaning / organizing and to assist in all household tasks. 2:30-6:30 would be the ideal time slot and possibly later on Mondays.
