Northside Hospital Gwinnett is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical ICU for a 16-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong recent ICU experience and be comfortable caring for critically ill patients in a Medical Intensive Care Unit/COVID ICU setting.

- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience \n
- BLS – Required \n
- ACLS – Required \n
- NIHSS – Required \n
- CCRN – Preferred \n
- Recent experience in a Medical Intensive Care Unit \n
- Experience with Cerner \n
- Ability to provide safe, high-quality care in a critical care environment \n

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients \n
- Monitor and assess patients for changes in condition \n
- Administer medications and treatments according to orders \n
- Manage complex medical and critical-care patients \n
- Respond promptly to changes in patient status \n
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team \n
- Accurately document patient care using Cerner \n
- Follow hospital policies, infection-control procedures, and patient-safety standards \n
Travel nurses must work 2 of the following 3 major holidays:
