\n Position Summary:

\n Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.:

\n Qualifications:

\n * Graduate of an accredited PT program
\n * Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required
\n * SNF or post-acute experience preferred
\n * Net Health knowledge preferred
