Outpatient Occupational Therapist – Huntington, IN
\n Location: Huntington, IN
\n Department: Rehab Therapy – Huntington
\n Schedule: Full-time, 32 hours/week
\n Shift: Days, Monday–Friday
\n Weekend/Holiday: Occasional coverage
\n Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
\n Relocation: May be eligible for relocation assistance
\n Key Requirement:
\n Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) highly preferred
\n CHT is not required at hire, but the candidate must obtain CHT within 18 months of hire
\n Qualifications:
\n Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
\n Bachelor’s degree required for graduates before 1/1/2002; Master’s degree required for graduates after 1/1/2002
\n Must hold or be eligible for an Indiana OT license within 90 days
\n CPR certification required within 90 days if not already certified
\n Clinical experience is acceptable; prior work experience is preferred but not required
