\nStart Date: January 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)\n
\nContract Length: ~2+ months (with flexible single‑day shift options)\n
\nSchedule: 1–4 shifts per week, 8‑hour day shifts (6:30am–3:00pm), no call and no weekends\n
\nCase types include Endoscopy (Upper/Lower GI), Urology, Podiatry, Orthopedic (Carpal Tunnel Releases; Total Hips/Knees), General Surgery (Scopes, Hernia Repairs, Fundoplication), and potential ENT/Peds (Tubes, Tonsils).\n
\nNo Heads, Hearts, or OB.\n
\nAnesthesia types include General & MAC (no regional blocks).\n
\nResponsibilities include pre‑anesthesia assessment, patient consent, anesthetic planning, induction, maintenance, emergence, and physiological monitoring.\n
\nSupport Staff:\n
\n• Day Surgery/PAT RN\n
\n• RN Circulators\n
\n• Surgical Technologists\n
\n• Perioperative Services Supervisor\n
\n• Director of Perioperative Services\n
\n• CRNA Chief + 2 FT CRNAs\n
\n• Chief of Surgery (MD)\n
\nPractice Setting:\n
\nOutpatient day‑only surgery with a small volume of inpatient surgical cases\n
\nOR Setup: 3 OR suites + 1 procedure room\n
\nDaily Volume: ~12–14 cases/day\n
\nEMR: Meditech Expanse (CRNAs chart in SIS)\n
\nMissouri License Required (not willing to license)\n
\nCredentialing Timeframe: Temp privileges available (ASAP)\n
\nMalpractice, travel, and lodging provided.\n
\nScheduled Shifts Needed:\n
\nFebruary: 2/4, 2/13, 2/16, 2/18, 2/19, 2/20\n
\nMarch: 3/4, 3/12, 3/13, 3/18, 3/20, 3/26, 3/27\n
\nRequirements:\n
\n• Board Certified (NBCRNA)\n
\n• Active MO license\n
\n• BLS and ACLS required (PALS/NRP preferred)\n
\n• Minimum 3 years’ experience (no new grads)\n
\nLocation: Outpatient surgical setting in rural Missouri near Farmington with a supportive anesthesia team and small‑community environment\n
