Travel RN ER / MedSurg Hybrid - Goodland, KS

Clinicians manage a diverse caseload ranging from med-surg stabilization to emergency triage while working alongside dedicated nursing aides and unit secretaries. \n Requirements

\n Recent clinical experience in Emergency Room (ER) and Medical-Surgical (MedSurg) settings

\n Active Kansas RN License or Compact/Multi-State RN License

\n Active AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications

\n Flexibility to float seamlessly between ER triage and MedSurg floor assignments based on unit census and acuity

\n Day 1 essential clinical competencies: Emergency triage, rapid patient stabilization, MedSurg care delivery, and multi-acuity patient management (typical ratios 1:3, max 5:1)

\n Preferred Qualifications

\n 3+ years of recent clinical experience in ER and MedSurg units (open to first-time travelers)

\n Hands-on clinical experience with Athena EMR system

\n Previous Critical Access Hospital (CAH) background

\n

Level 1 Job ID #19440. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
