Job Requirements\n

• Active RN license
\n
• At least 1 year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience
\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
\n
• Experience with high-acuity patients and rapid changes in condition
\n
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
\n
• Neuro and trauma experience is a plus
\n

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide direct, compassionate care to ICU patients with complex medical needs
\n
• Monitor patient status closely and respond to changes in condition promptly
\n
• Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and support advanced critical care interventions
\n
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and support staff to deliver safe, effective care
\n
• Assist with procedures and treatments commonly performed in the ICU, including cardioversions, bronchoscopy support, CRRT, Impella care, and open heart recovery
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit protocols and best practices
\n
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment committed to quality patient outcomes
\n
