\n Local Radius rule: No locals -- All candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility (based on drivers license)
\n Submission Requirements
\n Clinical Interview pre-screening with 405 Area Code
\n HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
\n minimum of 24 months experience in OR / Operating Room [required]
\n Proficient experience in DaVinci robotics [required]
\n Proficient experience in vascular cases [required] --- (TCAR, TAVR, bypass, Endarterectomy, Emobolectomy, AV fistula)
\n Proficient experience in general surgery [required]
\n EPIC emr experience [required]
\n Spine experience [preferred]
\n travel experience within the previous 15 mos [required]
\n scrub experience [preferred]
