**Join Our Dynamic Rehabilitation Team!** **Job Description:** - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Location:** Lynchburg, VA - **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - **Specialty:** Rehabilitation - **Shift:** 0645-1915 - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Weekend Requirement:** Every other weekend rotation (M-F) - **Call Requirements:** NO - **Required Certifications:** RN LICENSE, BLS - **Experience Needed:** 1+ years (NO NEW GRADS) - **Float Requirements:** NO **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 14-28 - **Patient Ratios:** 6:1 RN; 7:1 LPN - **Equipment:** Cerner, Omnicell - **EHR:** MUST HAVE CERNER EXPERIENCE - **Patient Population:** Adults 18 and older; conditions include strokes, brain injuries, amputations, multi-trauma, hip fractures, spinal cord injuries, debility, and cardiac issues. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Must-Have Skills/Experience:** - Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) - Medical-Surgical nursing experience - **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** Passion for rehabilitation and patient recovery - **Common Diagnoses/Treatments:** Diverse rehabilitation cases - **Personality Fit:** Team-oriented, collaborative in a transdisciplinary team model **First Day Instructions:** - **Scrub Color:** Navy Blue - **Time to Report:** 0645 AM or 0645 PM - **Contact Person upon Arrival:** Stephanie Lilly, Nurse Manager - **Parking:** Available at the back or side of the building **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
