Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily clinical and nursing operations of the community \n
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff \n
- Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care \n
- Monitor resident assessments, care plans, documentation, and clinical outcomes \n
- Maintain compliance with Nebraska assisted living regulations and standards \n
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, orientation, and staff development \n
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and leadership \n
- Respond to changes in resident condition and coordinate appropriate care \n
- Promote a positive, resident-focused culture throughout the community \n
- Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness \n
Qualifications

- Active Nebraska/ Compact RN license \n
- Previous nursing leadership or management experience preferred \n
- Assisted living, long-term care, or senior living experience strongly preferred \n
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills \n
- Ability to lead a team while maintaining a hands-on approach \n
- Passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care \n
