Schedule

• Monday–Friday
\n
• Start Time: 6:30 AM
\n
• Floating: Required between departments and/or local locations within approximately 20 miles
\n

\n

Primary Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
\n
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document individualized patient care
\n
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
\n
• Monitor and document patient response to interventions
\n
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
\n
• Follow established protocols and standards of care
\n
• Provide patient and family education throughout the episode of care
\n
• Identify and coordinate discharge needs
\n
• Supervise LPNs and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate
\n
• Complete required age-, population-, procedure-, and unit-specific competency training
\n

Important Traveler Note: Candidate must be comfortable floating between departments and nearby facility locations within 20 miles.
