**Exciting Night Shift Float Pool Nursing Opportunity!** **Job Description:** - Are you an experienced nurse looking to expand your skills and make a meaningful impact? - Join our dynamic Float Pool and experience the thrill of working in various in-patient units! - This role requires you to float between Medical, Surgical/Peds, Ortho/Neuro, and Sub-Acute Units. **Key Details:** - **Shift:** Night Shift (6:30P - 7:00A) - **Weekend & Holiday Coverage:** Required - **Minimum Years of Experience:** Less than 1 year - **Certifications Required:** BLS/BCLS **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care. - Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques, policies, and state laws. - Document care according to standards to ensure quality and continuity. - Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by the Physician or hospital policy, including patient and family education. - Actively participate in department or unit performance improvement activities and shared governance. - Leverage clinical expertise to support other units/departments in the patient's longitudinal care plan. - Employ critical thinking skills to enhance patient safety and experience, and escalate concerns appropriately. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
