Patterns Hiring is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Windsor, Vermont.

Submission Requirements
\n CATARACT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS NEED. NON-NEGOTIABLE
\n Minimum 2-5 year of experience - Required
\n Scrubbing and Circulating experience - Required - BOTH specialty skill checklists MUST be in profile to move forward with presenting to client
\n Experience working in a smaller OR facility - Required
\n Phase I/PACU experience - Required
\n MULTIPLE SURGICAL EXPERIENCE - Required
\n CERNER EMR EXPERIENCE - Required
\n Travel experience - Highly preferred
\n BSN preferred
\n This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
\n Perm address must be included in traveler profile
\n Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

\n 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employment
\n License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile
\n Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need.
\n Shift Notes:
\n 4 8hrs days per week. 32hr guarantee
\n Weekend Requirements:
\n Weekend call - 1 Weekends per month. Call back time is ONE HOUR
\n On Call Requirements:
\n Weekday call is 2-3 days/week. Call back time is ONE HOUR
\n Certification Requirements

\n BLS (AHA)
\n State License Requirements

Patterns Hiring Job ID #69351-0828. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
