Position Summary Travel ICU Float Registered Nurse needed for Missouri Baptist Medical Center. Responsibilities include floating to multiple ICUs (Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac/Heart & Vascular, Neurology, Medicine, and COVID) with a 2:1 patient ratio, and floating to inpatient floors (ratio no more than 1:3 or utilized as a patient sitter) when ICU census is low. Charting via Epic EMR; navy blue scrubs required.
\nRequirements & Qualifications

- Minimum two (2) years of ICU experience plus a minimum of one (1) year of CV ICU experience required (prior travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted) \n
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (CCRN, ONS, TNCC, and CPI preferred) \n
- Compliance & Submission Rules: Strict 75-mile local radius rule (no local candidates accepted); maximum 7 days RTO finalized at submission (none allowed in the first week); 18-month tenure policy with a 3-month break in service; permanent BJC/Saint Luke's employees must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler \n
