Job Description
\nArc Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide essential outpatient primary care services at our tribal partner facility. This opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact while caring for underserved American Indian individuals and families.

- Assignment Length: 6 months with possibility of extension \n
- Credentialing: Approximately 30 days \n
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday \n
- One consistent weekday off each week \n
- Patient Population: Primary care for all ages, 0+ \n
- Patient Volume: Approximately 13–14 patients per day \n
- Appointments: 20- and 40-minute appointment slots \n
- Low-volume outpatient setting \n
- Competitive rates \n
- Malpractice insurance covered \n
- Travel and housing covered \n

- Located approximately 30 miles west of Salem, Oregon \n
- Willamette Valley Hospital is approximately 25 miles away and has 60 beds \n
- Salem Health is approximately 35 miles away and has 494 beds \n
- Specialized care referrals may be sent to hospitals in Portland, approximately 75 miles away \n

- Must be a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner \n
- Minimum of 2 years of experience \n
- Must be comfortable providing primary care to patients of all ages \n
- PALS and ACLS certifications required \n
- Oregon state license preferred; candidates with other active state licenses will also be considered \n
- Active RN Compact License is a plus \n
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to Native American culture is required \n
