Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

• Evaluate and treat patients following physician orders and referrals
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) per practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
• Active Iowa state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain before start)
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) from an accredited program

• Patient evaluation and treatment planning
• Discharge planning and clinical documentation
• Supervision of COTAs
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations and facility guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
