The W Assisted Living Management Company is actively seeking an experienced and compassionate Medication Aide Supervisor to join our team. We're looking for candidates who are dedicated to excellence in resident care and capable of leading a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Management:

  • Set up, store, and record all medications as per established protocols.

  • Administer and maintain accurate records of all dispensed medications to residents.

  • Direct and coordinate the timely ordering of medications and necessary supplies.

• Team Leadership:

  • Supervise medication staff to ensure adherence to all guidelines, policies, and procedures.

  • Provide mentorship and training to maintain a high-performing, compliant team.

• Resident Care:

  • Understand and respond to the clinical, social, and emotional needs of residents.

  • Act as a patient advocate, ensuring quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of medications and medical terminology.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in a care facility environment.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable with a focus on patient advocacy.

• Compassionate and customer-service oriented.
