Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals, making a real difference in their daily lives
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that empower patients to regain independence
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in line with practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure holistic patient care
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards to provide the highest quality care

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain one)
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)

• Occupational therapy assessment and treatment planning
• Patient care and daily living skills training
• Accurate and timely documentation
• Effective supervision of COTAs
• Excellent communication and collaboration
