Speech Language Pathologist - Peds After-School Hours

All About Therapy , LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality pediatric speech and language services during after-school hours in Farmington, AR.

Position Summary

The Speech Language Pathologist - Peds After-School Hours will deliver speech and language therapy to children in a supportive, family-centered setting. This part-time onsite role is designed for clinicians who enjoy working with pediatric caseloads and building meaningful progress plans.

You will evaluate, treat, and monitor speech and communication needs while collaborating with caregivers and the broader care team to support each child’s development and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech and language therapy sessions, supporting communication goals aligned to each child’s needs

• Conduct evaluations and ongoing progress monitoring to guide treatment planning and goal adjustment

• Develop and update individualized therapy plans in coordination with caregivers and relevant stakeholders

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, session notes, and treatment records in a timely manner

• Communicate effectively with families to reinforce strategies and support carryover at home

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent clinical training)

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)

• Experience working with pediatric populations and delivering individualized therapy

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a compassionate approach

• Ability to manage a part-time schedule reliably while maintaining consistent documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with after-school or school-age therapy schedules

• Familiarity with pediatric communication and language intervention strategies across varied needs

• Experience collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic care

Compensation

Hourly rate: beginning at $50/hour
